Worthing Rebels Football Club is committed to maintaining the highest possible standards of behaviour & anyone involved with the Club in any capacity must play their part in enhancing the Club's reputation within both the football fraternity & wider local community.

Integrity , equality , fair play & mutual respect will be our watch words & the establishment of strict Codes of Conduct to be published & applied to all participants will ensure that our objectives are achieved & , where possible , exceeded.

Unsporting behaviour , violence (both physical & verbal) , discrimination & a lack of respect for colleagues , officials or opponents will not be tolerated.

The Club Committee & Management Team must , at all times , set an excellent example to all members & their families.

Where it is proven that an individual or individuals has/have failed to meet the standards of conduct demanded the Club Committee will not hesitate to use their authority to permanently expel the offender(s) from the Club.

Whilst it is accepted that the very essence of our sport involves competition this must at all times be

underpinned by the values stated above.Participation , good sportsmansip & enjoyment must be our priority as we have a duty of responsibility to our national sport.
