We are committed to providing a safe environment within which all playing members can participate in & enjoy our national sport.
As a “Football Association Charter Standard” accredited Club we have a duty to comply with all relevant Football Association policies & directives.
We have an experienced team of qualified football managers & coaches each of whom are committed to the ethos & principles of the Club.
All of the adults directly involved with the children are obliged to comply with the “Criminal Records Bureau Child Protection” vetting process.
All applicants for vacant positions are interviewed by Committee members & must provide independent references.
We have a committee of elected representatives that fulfil the various & necessary administrative functions required to run the Club.
Our financial affairs are independently audited by both our external auditor & the Sussex County Football Association & all financial records are available to the membership at our Annual General Meeting.
We manage the Club’s funds in a prudent fashion & are committed to keeping our membership fees to a minimum.
Where funds permit, all of our teams will be provided with the best possible playing facilities, kit & equipment.
Above all, we encourage participation by all & our constitution contains a robust “Equal Opportunities” policy.
We have codes of conduct for players, managers & coaches & parents/spectators all of which are available upon request.
We are proud of the Club’s achievements & development since its establishment in 1996 & are committed to continuous improvement.
